Ringvance

Privacy policy

Last updated: October 22, 2026

This policy explains what information Ringvance collects, why, and what we do with it. It covers this website, the free Instant Business Check, our waitlist, and the paidRingvance product.

1. Who we are

Ringvance is a service of Noviqo LLC, a California limited liability company (1839 Ygnacio Valley Rd, Ste B PMB 1142, Walnut Creek, CA 94598). In this policy, "we," "us" and "Ringvance" mean Noviqo LLC doing business as Ringvance.

2. Information we collect

We collect different information depending on how you interact with us.

Website visitors

We use one first-party cookie, called rv_attr, to understand which campaigns and links bring visitors who sign up. It is set only when you arrive from a tagged link (UTM parameters), a Google Ads click (gclid), or another website. It stores the campaign values, the Google click id if there is one, the page you landed on, and the name of the referring website. It never contains your name, email, phone number, or IP address, and it is readable only by ringvance.com. It expires after 90 days. We do not run third-party analytics or advertising scripts on this site, and visiting by typing our address directly or from a bookmark sets no cookie at all.

Free Instant Business Check users

When you run the free check, we collect what you type in (business name, city, state, and optionally a website address and numbers for the illustrative savings calculator), plus information we look up from public sources: your business website (if you gave one) and your public Google Business Profile listing (rating, hours, recent review text). To limit abuse, we store a salted, one-way hash of your IP address, never the IP address itself, and we cache results for 24 hours so repeat checks on the same business load instantly.

Waitlist signups

Joining the Core or Pro waitlist stores your email address, the plan you asked about, and the version of the consent text you agreed to. We use it only to email you once, when that plan opens.

Customers

If you subscribe, we create an account for you and process your payment through Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; Stripe handles that directly. The messages, contacts, calls and other CRM data you and your customers generate inside Ringvance are stored in our CRM platform, HighLevel/LeadConnector, on your behalf and under our account with that provider.

Support emails

When you email sam@ringvance.com, your message is read first by Sam, our AI support assistant, and may be processed by our AI provider, Anthropic, to help draft a reply. A person reviews and can step in on anything that needs it, and a person, not Sam, sends any reply that goes beyond a canned answer from our help content.

3. How we use this information

  • To run the service you asked for: the free check, the waitlist, or your paid subscription.
  • To bill you and keep your account working.
  • To answer support requests.
  • To understand which marketing campaigns and pages actually lead to signups.
  • To prevent abuse, such as excessive free check submissions from one source.
  • To meet legal and recordkeeping obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to train a public AI model.

4. Who we share it with

We use the following service providers to run Ringvance. Each one only receives the information it needs to do its job for us.

ProviderWhat it handles
StripePayment processing and billing. Stripe holds your card details; we do not.
VercelHosts this website and our application.
NeonOur database (contains the data described in section 2, not your card details).
ResendSends account emails (welcome, cancellation, waitlist confirmations).
Google WorkspaceRuns our business email, including sam@ringvance.com and hello@ringvance.com.
Google Places APILooks up public Google Business Profile data for the free check.
HighLevel / LeadConnectorCRM and communications platform that stores customer contacts, messages and call records on our behalf.
AnthropicAI provider that helps draft support replies and, for paid plans that include one, powers the AI receptionist.
Telecom carriersCarry and deliver the calls and texts sent and received through the service.

We may also share information if required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, with notice to you where required.

5. Advertising measurement and your California privacy rights

When you click through from a Google ad and later subscribe, we may upload that ad click's id to Google Ads, along with the time and value of the subscription, so we can measure whether our advertising is working. That is the only information shared with Google for advertising purposes, and we do not otherwise sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

If you are a California resident, this means, under the CCPA/CPRA: we do not sell your personal information, and the Google Ads click-id upload described above is the only "sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising" that occurs on this site. To opt out of that upload, email sam@ringvance.com with "opt out of ad measurement" and we will exclude your signups from future uploads. California residents also have the rights described in section 7 below.

6. How long we keep information

We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires, and we delete or anonymize it when that need ends. The attribution cookie expires automatically after 90 days. If you cancel your subscription, we keep your account data long enough to answer questions about the relationship and to export it to you if you ask, then delete it on a schedule, subject to anything we must keep for legal or accounting reasons. If you unsubscribe from the waitlist or an email, we keep a record of that choice indefinitely so we never re-contact you by mistake.

7. Your rights

You can ask us, at any time, by emailing sam@ringvance.com, to:

  • See what personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate information.
  • Delete your information, subject to what we must keep for legal, security or billing reasons.
  • Export your data. Subscribers can export contacts to CSV themselves from their account; for a full export of contacts and conversation history, we deliver it within 2 business days of your request.
  • Opt out of the Google Ads measurement described in section 5.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

8. Children's privacy

Ringvance is a business tool intended for business owners and their staff. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and we do not direct this site at children.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold, including encrypted connections, access controls, and relying on providers (Stripe, Vercel, Neon) that maintain their own security programs. No method of storing or transmitting data is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product changes. If we make a material change, we will post the updated policy here with a new "Last updated" date and, for current customers, email notice at least 30 days before it takes effect.

11. Contact us
