Usage is billed from a prepaid balance shown in your account. You add funds to it, and each call, text and email is deducted as it happens.
Carrier fees are charged at the carrier's price plus the platform's 5% pass-through fee. Rates may change if our phone and email providers change their prices; we update this table when they do.

- Q02What costs extra?
- Usage is pay-as-you-go: a local business number is $2.50 a month, calls are $0.025 a minute inbound and $0.035 a minute outbound, texts are $0.015 per segment, and email is $1.50 per 1,000. Texting also needs a one-time carrier registration ($22.50 for most small shops) plus a carrier campaign fee of $1.50 to $10.50 a month, passed through at the carrier's price. Usage comes out of a prepaid balance shown in your account. The full table is on the pricing page.
- Q03How fast can I start using it?
- Your account is created in about a minute after checkout. You connect your channels during setup: email, Facebook and Instagram each need you to sign in and authorize them. Texting needs carrier registration first, which usually takes a few days.
- Q04Is there a mobile app?
- Yes. Manage conversations from your phone with our companion mobile app, LeadConnector, free on iOS and Android. You sign in with your Ringvance login.
- Q05Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel from your account whenever you want. No annual contract, no calls to a retention team.
- Q06Can I export my data if I leave?
- Yes. You can export your contacts to a CSV file from your account. For a full data export (contacts and conversation history), email us and we deliver it within 2 business days.
- Q07Is there a setup fee?
- No setup fee from us. If you want to text customers, the carriers charge a one-time registration fee, passed through at their price.
- Q08Do I need a new phone number?
- Only if you want calls and texts to run through Ringvance. You can add a local business number during setup for $2.50 a month. If you'd rather keep your current number, you can forward it instead.
- Q09Does it work with Jobber, Housecall Pro or ServiceTitan?
- It works alongside them, not inside them. There is no integration today. Ringvance handles the conversations and leads before a job exists; keep your field-service tool for dispatch and invoicing.
- Q10Can I upgrade later?
- Core and Pro are coming soon. Core adds missed-call text-back, online booking and automatic follow-ups. Pro adds an AI receptionist on top of Core. Join the waitlist on the pricing page and we'll email you when they launch.
- Q11Is there a free trial?
- Inbox is $9 a month with no trial, and you can cancel anytime if it's not for you. Core and Pro will offer a 14-day free trial once they're available.
